All services are subject to separate written agreements when we formally onboard a creator or partner.

4. Creator & Partner Applications
Submitting an application (via “Become a Creator” or “Partner With Us”) does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
If accepted, a separate service agreement will govern the relationship.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, etc.) is owned by CAPINSIGHT or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

• Past performance of creators we have worked with does not guarantee future results.
